Why used controlled heating, cooling and environmental systems?
The traditional method of plumbing and pipe layouts can be very inefficient. They make no contributions to our green effort as they can be expensive to run, basic in control and inefficient.
Controlled systems however use remote sensors away from any heat source for greater accuracy. These sensors can be connected to a zone controller which can be remote or wall mounted. The zone controller can manage both temperature and time control and treats each room as a separate zone. Each zone controller sits on a special communications network along with their respective intelligent actuators.
Controlled systems offer the client very functional and efficient systems for the following reasons:

• More accurate temperature regulation
• Each room can be controlled for timed operation and temperature Pumps and boiler run only when heat is required
